Breakfast was awesome. Staff were nice and helpful. It was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Nice little lounge to sit in and chat and have a drink. However there were no plugs in the bathroom for drying hair or shaving. The bathtub was very high and hard to get out of. It was an express hotel so no real extras but we did not have expectations beyond that for this brand. Good value. BEWARE...airport to HI taxis will try to rip you off, as they did us. This driver charged us more than triple what he should have. Don't pay more than 10-12 euros for that trip. Ask them what they will charge you before you get in the taxi. Shuttle back to airport only 5 euros.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, although it is not within walking distance. However, they offer a shuttle service to the airport at reasonable prices, although the rates may vary depending on the time of day. The reception staff is consistently helpful and cooperative. Additionally, the hotel provides the convenience of an ATM on-site. The rooms are simple and clean, focusing on providing essential amenities. While the hotel may lack luxurious features, it excels in delivering well-executed basics. Dinner is served at the restaurant in decent potion size.

Everything was perfect and we had a great experience. Staff were friendly upon check in, the room was just as advertised and better yet they had a cot set up for our baby which I didnʻt request but greatly appreciated! Staff were also very friendly and check out process was very straightforward. The location was perfect only 8 minutes away from the airport which made it easy for us on our last day. If I ever go to Lisbon again I would definitely stay here again.

The room was large, spacious and modern, with a variaty of lighting and plenty of sockets, including USBs. Nice and big bathroom. The breakfast was quite good too. There was also a very convenient "take out" option, if you were in a hurry. The location, although a fair ride from the city centre, is very convenient for access to the motorway and the bus stop for local transport is only 5 minutes' walk away.

I was only at the hotel for 4 hours, 1:15am- 5:15am, due to delayed and missed flights, then an early departure flight, but the room was comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of travel! Nice that the hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport :) Great that coffee was available in the room and that I could pick up a pastry for the morning, knowing that I would miss the free breakfast.
